From St. Lawrence University

St. Lawrence University provides an inspiring and demanding undergraduate education in the liberal arts. Located in Canton, NY, St. Lawrence is the oldest continuously coeducational institution of higher learning in New York State. The University's approximately 2,300 students come from most U.S. states and territories and nearly four dozen nations.

St. Lawrence offers over three dozen majors, as many minors, three graduate programs in education and more than a dozen inter-departmental programs, including a nationally-recognized First-Year Program. The University offers study-abroad programs in 17 nations as well as four U.S. off-campus programs.

St. Lawrence offers 32 varsity sports. The strong men’s and women’s ice hockey teams are national powers competing in NCAA Division I.
