Founded in 1866 as a coeducational college, Thiel College is an independent liberal arts institution, offering innovative undergraduate and graduate programs. Situated between the Shenango and the Little Shenango rivers, Thiel is located on a 135-acre, tree-lined campus in in the heart of western Pennsylvania’s hill country. Shaped by its Lutheran heritage, the College provides an accessible and inclusive learning environment and services a diverse population of students. Thiel offers robust co-curricular and athletic experiences and fosters lifelong growth, learning, and relationships.
