With roots dating back to 1926, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is the world leader in aviation and aerospace higher education. Its mission is to teach the science, practice and business of these fields while preparing students for productive, high-paying careers and leadership roles. Just minutes away from the world's most beautiful beaches, our Daytona Beach campus offers 27 undergraduate degree programs and 26 graduate programs. Over 7,500 students come from all 50 states and over 100 countries to benefit from small class sizes and hands-on learning taught by faculty with real-world experience in the industry. 

This year, U.S News and World Report ranked Embry-Riddle's Daytona Beach Campus the No. 6 "Best Regional University - South Region" with the No. 4 "Best Undergraduate Aerospace Engineering Program." Our labs, simulators and equipment exceed industry standards and enable students to pursue unparalleled research opportunities. Outside of the classroom, students participate in over 250 clubs and organizations ranging from the Artificial Intelligence Club to the Rocket Club. We also have Airforce, Army, and Navy ROTC programs that enable students to train and commission as officers in the United States Armed Forces. Additionally, student-athletes compete in 20 varsity sports within the NCAA DII. Each year, more than 100 employers visit campus to recruit hard-working students to work for some of the world's biggest and most innovative companies.
