With roots dating back to 1926, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is the world leader in aviation and aerospace higher education. Its mission is to teach the science, practice and business of these fields while preparing students for productive, high-paying careers and leadership roles. Nestled in the beautiful Bradshaw Mountains, the Prescott Campus offers 25 undergraduate degree programs and three graduate programs. Over 3,200 students come from all 50 states and more than 50 countries to benefit from small class sizes and hands-on learning taught by faculty with real-world experience in the industry. This year, U.S News and World Report ranked Embry-Riddle's Prescott Campus the No. 1 "Best Regional College - West Region" and the No. 1 "Best College for Veterans - West Region." Our labs, simulators and equipment exceed industry standards and enable students to pursue unparalleled research opportunities. Outside of the classroom, students participate in over 190 clubs and organizations ranging from Air Force and Army ROTC to the Skydiving Club and the Rocket Club.  Plus, student-athletes compete in 14 varsity sports within the NAIA Division. Each year, more than 100 employers visit campus to recruit hard-working students to work for some of the world's biggest and most innovative companies.
