Gardner-Webb University is a fully-accredited, private Christian university that offers an expansive range of undergraduate, graduate and degree completion programs in traditional classroom, hybrid and online-only settings.

We offer more than 60 fields of study, with comprehensive programs in health sciences (including nursing, pre-med and physician assistant studies), business administration, education, athletic training, psychology, counseling, communications and a nationally-recognized liberal arts core curriculum.

Campus life is vibrant, with over 50 student clubs and organizations, Division I athletic programs and exceptional facilities. The main campus is located in Boiling Springs, North Carolina in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, with access to major urban and outdoor amenities, cultural opportunities and recreation.

Gardner-Webb is a diverse university of approximately 5,000 students from 37 states and 21 foreign countries. Our students benefit from small classes with a 13-to-1 student-faculty ratio, individualized career counseling and professors committed to helping our graduates succeed personally and professionally.

While the town itself is modest in size, the surrounding region provides convenient access to larger cities like Charlotte and Greensboro for weekend entertainment and cultural activities.
