From University of Holy Cross

A fully accredited Catholic university in New Orleans, the University of Holy Cross (formerly Our Lady of Holy Cross College) offers more than 50 undergraduate and graduate programs to more than 1,100 students.

With a student-faculty ratio of 13:1, students enjoy a personalized academic experience on an active campus where they are encouraged to explore spiritual values and pursue service opportunities. Some of the university’s most distinctive programs are in Nursing, Business, Education, Counseling, and Healthcare. Students prepare for a life and career with purpose on the peaceful green campus with New Orleans culture right next door.

The university opened its first residence hall in August 2018 and plans to continue development. A new health sciences center is slated to open on campus in January 2020 and will act as a home for classes and meeting spaces in the health care programs.

Alumni of the university can be found in most any profession, giving back to their community and volunteering their time as they put into practice the University of Holy Cross' central tenet: That true success comes from service to others.
