From Trinity Baptist College

Offering affordable degree programs that prepare students for service in both professional and ministry vocations, Trinity Baptist College provides a close-knit Christian community that prioritizes spiritual growth and prepares you to make a difference for Christ.

TBC's 140-acre campus is right in the heart of Jacksonville, Florida, close to the historic district, gorgeous beaches and the vibrant downtown. Everything is within walking distance – from the soccer field to the dining hall to the library. No car is no problem! Not a morning person? Roll out of bed, brush your teeth, and make it to class in 10 minutes flat.

Living at TBC is like having a big family. You might not be super close to everyone, but you all definitely know each other and can always find someone to hang out with. At the center of our program is a strong spiritual emphasis, with specific opportunities for growth through weekly chapel services, ministry opportunities, and small groups aimed at discipleship and evangelism.

TBC's academic programs utilize a "learn and serve" academic model, providing a unique blend of classroom and real-world education that helps develop well-rounded students with an increased potential for hire upon graduation. Trinity offers 7 NCCAA Division II athletic programs: Men's soccer, basketball, and baseball, as well as women's volleyball, soccer, basketball and - our newest addition - softball.

Founded in 1974, Trinity offers Associate's, Bachelor's, and Master’s degrees as well as a degree completion program and online courses.

Mission Statement

TBC’s mission is to prepare Christian men and women for life and ministry by providing students with higher education from a Christian worldview. For over 40 years, Trinity has offered education in biblical studies to prepare students for full-time ministry. In recent years, Trinity has expanded to offer both general and professional studies, liberal arts degree programs, and graduate studies. Trinity Baptist College’s unique relationship with Trinity Baptist Church and Trinity Christian Academy provides students with opportunities for internships and real-world, field-specific experience as part of our “Learn and Serve” philosophy.
