LaGrange College Joins SAGE Scholars Tuition Rewards

LaGrange College, the oldest private college in Georgia, founded in 1831, has joined the SAGE Scholars Tuition Rewards program. 12 Georgia colleges are now members.

Located 60 miles southwest of Atlanta, LaGrange is a leader in international education. 68% of LaGrange students opt for a study-abroad experience. The College’s Office of Global Engagement has approved more than 300 “study-away” programs, including sessions in more than 30 countries. The College extends grants of up to $2,000 for travel expenses.

LaGrange’s 750 undergraduates can choose from 27 majors, with business, nursing, psychology and kinesiology / exercise science among the most popular. The Hudson Lab Science Building offers facilities for anatomy/physiology, biology, cell and molecular biology, chemistry, and ecology. The average class size is 15.

15 Panther varsity sports teams, including football, compete in the new NCAA Division III Collegiate Conference of the South.

LaGrange is one of 48 colleges affiliated with the United Methodist Church to participate in Tuition Rewards.
