The University of Redlands' beautiful main campus is located in Redlands, California, nestled in the mountains and a short drive from the beach, the desert, and everything Los Angeles has to offer.

But we are more than just a place. We offer a community where you belong - a private, established university with collaborative class sizes; faculty who truly care about you and your success; driven peers; and endless opportunities to explore your interests and discover how to make an impact.

Founded in 1907, Redlands is a private, nonprofit university that has prepared students for lives of meaning, impact, and joy for more than 100 years. Today, Redlands is home to ~1,800 undergraduate students. We offer more than 40 undergraduate programs and over 30 graduate programs designed to develop you personally and professionally through immersive, personalized education and hands-on experiences outside the classroom, from community service learning to internships and residencies.

Within our undergraduate programs Business, Biology and Psychology are among the most popular majors. In addition to traditional liberal arts majors such as Political Science and Creative Writing, we offer impressive pre-professional programs such as Communicative Disorders, Global Business, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and Kinesiology. Our School of Performing Arts supports students in their creative endeavors within our Conservatory of Music or department of Theatre and Dance. An interdisciplinary program called the Johnston Center for Integrative Studies allows students to design their own program of study.

The Redlands Four-Year Graduation Guarantee assures students will complete their education in four years. With generous scholarships of up to $36,000 per year and a Redlands Tuition Promise, we seek to make Redlands affordable and attainable.
